RESIDENT OPERATING LAYER / IN DEVELOPMENTBUILDING

HALO

QUESTION

What happens when a feral model gets a body, memory and permission to act?

CONSTRAINT
One agent is expected to see, remember, control the room and PC, delegate code, reach its owner off-desk and eventually maintain itself. Every subsystem can still fail.
MECHANISM
A Raspberry Pi runs the resident brain. SERAPH exposes senses and actions as tools. SQLite carries memory and durable work across restarts.
DECISION
Build an operating layer around a replaceable model: sensors, actuators, long-horizon tasks, communications and a path to modify its own code.
OBSERVATION
The recent log shows a malformed multi-tool call being intercepted, individual failures reported, and the resident recovering without inventing success.
