Can two coding agents share one project without overwriting each other or turning the human into their message bus?
- CONSTRAINT
- The official CLIs stay unmodified. Guardrails remain immutable. Reviews must refer to the exact version they inspected.
- MECHANISM
- An append-only board carries asks, decisions, evidence and review verdicts. File claims prevent collisions; signed human messages remain distinct from peer notes.
- DECISION
- Let either agent propose improvements to Collab itself. Both agents must agree before implementation runs in an isolated worktree and Collab verifies the result.
- OBSERVATION
